Leaving Yosemite at the 10,000 ft Tioga pass it was rapid descent to 5,000 ft with an equally proportional ascent in temperature.
Yesterday we exited the Yosemite National Park through the west entrance, we passed over Tioga Pass which was 10,000 feet in elevation. What an amazing road and views, we were in awe of the sheer beauty and grandeur
Off came the layers when we stopped at Walker where the shady trees at the Mountain View Barbecue diner along with lots of iced water and some deliciously filled potato skin hit the spot and bought back the energy that the heat had taken out.
